    • Review, analyze and summarize dispositions, including past testimony

    • Analyze and compare expert witness reports and other work products

    • Prepare interrogatories

    • Assist in exhibit preparation

    • Prepare deposition and trial (cross/direct) questions

    • Attend depositions, trials, review panels, and arbitration and mediation hearings

    • Coordinate and attend independent medical examinations

    • Develop life care plans

    • Review and draft responses to various legal documents and correspondence for the attorney’s signature

    • Develop written reports for use as study tools for the attorney

    • Expand the attorney’s medical library

    • Coordinate and assist facilitating focus groups and mock trials

    • Analyze medical literature and research to provide expert opinions on medical issues involved in the case

    • Identify and summarize medical standards of care applicable

    • Evaluate the chronology of events and medical treatments to assess the progression of care

    • Conduct research on medical procedures, medications, and their potential side effects

    • Research relevant laws and regulations impacting the medical situation under scrutiny
